I offer a complimentary initial consultation to answer your questions and help you feel welcomed and supported as you consider your fitness journey. The consultation includes a lifestyle analysis that helps me understand your needs and create an effective, realistic plan tailored to you.
What we will discuss:
- Realistic short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Exercise likes and dislikes.
- Lifestyle, daily routine, and activity levels.
- Exercise history and experience.
- Sleep patterns.
- Motivation levels and potential barriers.
- Any current or past injuries.
- Preferred number of sessions and training times.
- Training location (home, gym, outdoors, or online)
The analysis ensures your training is realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Outside training sessions can only take place in accordance with safety regulations, such as weather conditions.
Follow-Up Consultation & Fitness Assessment
Before beginning your exercise programme, you will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and a comprehensive fitness assessment to help ensure your training is both safe and effective.
Fitness Assessment Includes:
- Height and weight.
- Body measurements (including waist-to-hip ratio).
- Body Mass Index (BMI).
- Body fat percentage (including visceral fat).
- Lung function test.
- Resting heart rate.
- Resting blood pressure.
- Posture assessment.
- Flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance testing.
You will be re-assessed at regular intervals to monitor progress, maintain motivation, and make any necessary adjustments to your programme.

Using the information gathered from your consultations and assessments, I will create a fully personalised fitness plan tailored to your goals, needs, abilities, and preferences, helping you achieve sustainable results and improved overall well-being.
